MAKE A BOLD STATEMENT
Each pair of my one-of-a-kind earrings are made by hand with love and care in the Pacific Northwest. Magazines have always been a source of inspiration and I've found a way to utilize and preserve those gorgeous, printed pages...paper is cut and layered with wood and glue, sanded, then finished with glossy resin or a coat of polyurethane, making them water resistant. Every earring piece is drilled by hand, fitted with hardware and sealed around the edges with a thin coat of paint. Many of my larger earrings are Clip-Ons as they defy gravity and fit so beautifully on the ear. I use large, comfortable fittings which displace the pressure so they don’t pinch. Clips will never tear your skin, and nobody needs to know you're wearing them! My earrings make a bold statement but they are generally VERY light in weight. They are beautiful both front and back!

I make art because I crave beauty.
I’m passionate about creating both modern and organic pieces for specific spaces. Much of my art originates with raw or unwanted materials, along with whatever I can find at the hardware store! My desire to move the raw into the transformed is overwhelming. I give God all the glory.
My inspiration comes from music, color, nature, the clean lines of automotive design, as well as the joyous aesthetics of 1970’s counterculture. My art represents a culmination of my life’s experiences, and my never ending quest for form, function and beauty. It is an expression of my heart through my hands.
Current materials include aluminum mesh, paper, plaster, gold leaf, acrylic, oil and spray paint.
